Can I use the target cartwheel multiple times or is a one time use deal?
Also look for clearance. Green Apple at my store was clearanced to $2.45 and was included!
I checked my RP today when it came. No coupon for chapstick. Could be regional.

This deal is even sweeter if you happen to find $1.50/1 peelies for Chapstick products. When I recently stocked up on Advil, each box had a peelie for Chapstick, limit 4 coupons per person or transaction. Free after giftcard and Cartwheel!
In this Sunday’s Red Plum there will be a $1/2 multipack coupon! So that makes it just 85 cents per 3-pack! Stocking up!!
I have 4 peelies from the Advil I bought awhile ago. save 1.50 off any Chapstick product. Could use for this scenario and possibly have a money maker if you had 4 of the coupons.
