Target.com has seemed to have fixed the problem and the B1G1 FREE Kids costumes deal is also now available online. No code is needed, but you will need to choose FREE store pickup to get the lower priced item FREE. If you have a REDcard you will also get an additional 5% Off your purchase. This is nice if you are worried about stock and can’t get to the store until later in the week – as Target stores will hold your purchases for up to 4 days.
