Saturday Recipe: Quick & Easy Salisbury Steak

salisburySalisbury Steak is easy to make and makes for a hearty dinner on a busy weeknight. This recipe will only take about about 10 minutes of prep time and then they cook for about 15 minutes.

Fresh mushrooms and onions get cooked in a little of the pan drippings, and after adding a few more ingredients the result is a flavorful gravy. The meat then finish cooking in the delicious gravy until done. Serve over egg noodles or with mashed potatoes for a family pleasing meal!
