One of the great things about quiche is that it truly can be served for breakfast, lunch or dinner! Plus, you can swap out ingredients based on what you have leftover or on hand. Using different cheeses can also change up the flavor quite a bit too. It all starts with a pie crust, and if things are hectic and you are pressed for time pre-made pie crust works just fine.
Michelle’s recipe calls for a delicious combo of bacon, spinach and mushroom for the filling, but you can substitute with what ever you like – ham, sausage, bell pepper etc. The whole dish takes about 15 minutes of prep time and then just pop it in the oven and let it bake.
