  1. Hi Kerry. It states “Your $75 purchase tomorrow must be made in a single transaction in stores and the $75 qualifier will be calculated after other discounts.” Does this mean the transaction total has to be $75+ after using coupons? Thanks for your time!

  2. @Jen – that’s a very good question. Can I buy a $75 gift card on Saturday 12/6 in order to receive the 20% coupon?

  3. Hi Jen- I don’t see why not – it just sounds like you can’t get 20% off gift cards when you turn around to use the coupon.
Hi Crystal – that’s how it sounds to me – after all other discounts.

  4. Is there a physical or mobile coupon required to scan in order to get the discount or will the register automatically deduct it at the end?

  5. What does “no other same department wide coupon will apply?” So when you redeem the 20% off coupon, you can’t use any other Target coupons? Thanks!

  6. Melissa – I think they’re talking about the “$10 off $100 Storewide Target Coupon” This CANNOT be stacked with the 20%.

  7. Good morning. Does the 20% off coupon automatically generate or does it require a code or coupon? Thanks do much!! Love your site!

  8. I just got back from target and they give you the coupon from a pad of them. It’s not printed.

  9. Hit Target this morning for childrens Tylenol… bought a $70 gift card so that i would be above $75 and I got the coupon, so you totally can do this while buying gift cards. This should make for a sweet deal on toys tomorrow, they are BOGO 50% off. Planning on spending the gift card i bought today, tomorrow!

  10. I didn’t intend to spend as much as i did today at target, so i ended up getting one! I hope there’s some good deals next week to take advantage of it.

  11. yes 0 you can buy a gift card to get the coupon- you just can’t use the coupon you get to buy a gift card next week. hth & makes sense

  12. Will you still get 5% red card discount when redeeming the coupon? So you cant stack a 5% pharmacy rewards coupon too? Thanks

  13. Does anyone know if you can combine this with cartwheel savings and if the 5% redcard savings will still apply?

  14. Is it possible to get this coupon now since I am planning to make a big purchase at Target this week? I missed it on 6th.

  15. So I got my coupon Sat & went on a shopping spree Sun. I didn’t buy anything on the exclusions list for the coupon. I used several other Target coupons that scanned fine. 5% Red card was also applied. However, after I got home & looked over my receipt the math is adding up. If I add the total AFTER all coupons & discounts & then take 20%, I’m owed like another $11 something, not sure why or if it’s worth it to go back to the store to ask.
