Hi Shirley- deals can be regional – however this one was nationally advertised- I would check at the scanners if you haven’t.
if the item comes up as special purchase on the screen then the 4th will ring up free
this deal has been active since 11/30 – sometimes signs mistakenly get lost/taken down etc
so always worth a check at the scanners.
