  1. ^^Ana — if you have a smart phone, pull up the Target Coupon policy on it next time. Maybe not to cashier, but definitely at Customer Service. I’ve had to do this a coupla times for different issues. If there is a problem, to NOT check out using your coupons. Stop and save coupons until issue is resolved at CS. Once they are used, there is no getting them back to use on a fixed transaction.
    I seem to get good results when I point out that I understand their policy and am informed shopper. Be patient, but firm, if you are correct. Explain transaction slowly and make them understand that “it works” within their policy… Only once have I been made to feel like I’m scamming them.. & I just refuse to go to that Target anymore, since I have several in my area and can choose the one who wants my business.

  3. Hi Ana- the TQ policy has not changed. Target allows up to 4 identical coupons, not one. I would ask for a team leader the next time you are at your store and ask them if this is in fact the new policy at your store. If they agree with the cashier- I would call corporate and make sure you are speaking to someone state-side and let them know the issue you are having.   5. Hi Kerry, today I realized that Target has a new policy where they don’t allow more than one coupon for transaction. I was getting Pantene, i was going to use 4 like coupons in one transaction, but the cashier said I could only use one coupon. The same for Head and shoulders and Secret deodorant. I could only use one of each. She said she could do different transactions for me, but I told her I wouldn’t get the gift card and she just said sorry. I already email the survey number on the Target receipt to verify this, but they haven’t gotten back to me. Do you know anything about this. My Target is in Alhambra California
