chowder2Easter is rapidly approaching and today Michelle has a great recipe perfect for making the most out of the bone from your Easter ham! Her corn & potato chowder gets cooked in a slow cooker – perfect for a busy day – and even better minimal dirty dishes.

It all starts with a few ingredients tossed into a slow cooker and cooked on low for 6 to 8 hours. A few more ingredients and a couple of steps later and the result is a scrumptious, creamy, flavorful chowder sure to please the entire family. Garnish with crisp cooked bacon, shredded cheese and chopped green onion for extra flavor and color. You can check out her recipe along with instructions on her post HERE.
