Not sure why but I got them at 15 cents each, because the Cartwheel that says its for the 14oz bag of jelly beans works on this. I got 2 for 30 cents. If you look on the target app and pull up the 2oz bags, you’ll see that it shows there’s a cartwheel for that item. It links to the one that shows the 14oz bag. Since the app showed it, I added it to my cartwheel and it worked. Not sure if we should be doing it that way but I only did because the site itself was showing the cartwheel for the 2oz ones.
