Sometimes it takes a little time for them to add the money into your account. They are usually pretty speedy, but on a few occasions it has taken them a couple of hours. Also, did you scan the bar code at the store to see if that particular product matches the offer? I do that all the time cuz sometimes it isn’t a match based on oz. or those additional package add-ons that their system doesn’t recognize. You could always contact them through your account to ask them specific questions, they have great customer service reps. in my opinion. Hope this helps.
i bought the glad item, followed all the directions & still don’t show anything in my acct. I sat down for 2 hrs yesterday completing offers, watching videos, etc.
What am i doing wrong with Ibotta?
