While many of the offers below seem to have consistent national participation- it’s always a good idea to call your local location to be sure they are participating. There are also several restaurants with special email and birthday clubs, too many to list here.
I would also recommend you look up your favorite local eateries online to see if they have a club you can join and what freebies they offer for doing so.
