Even though that is not true, ive had several cashiers say that to me b4 at different stores. Ask for a manager if that happens again.
I went to the Target near my work today and picked up a bag of dog food and a bag of cat food. I ended up using the two Target coupons + $3 SS coupon + $5 beyond coupon. In my area the price is a little bit higher but I still managed to get each bag for under $2!
I was caught off guard by the cashier that insisted on fighting with me on pretty much every coupon I had with me. I’ve never had that happen before. I also picked up a few 2 pack Nylabone treats that were on clearance for $1.88 and had a $1 peelie on the package. I found these a few days ago at a different location and they accepted the $1 coupons but today the cashier refused and said that Target does not accept coupons on clearance items. I have never heard that before (most cashiers will just override an error message, especially if there is a long line of customers) – so I am wondering if anyone else has come across this policy? Have I just been lucky all these years and had cashiers that just didn’t care?
what is the expiration date on the SS coupons, can’t seem to find in my binder. thanks!
