Seriously? The discounts applied fine; got to the last step–paying–and it says “These items are restricted and cannot be sent to a P.O. Box OR California. WHAT?

hmm I only tried and was successful with the Bounty.
I have tried entering the promo code (tgta39r9 one) manually, also tried going through the link in the post. It won’t work for me. I can get the 20% essentials code to work fine, but the site won’t let you double up on codes… it states “code is not combinable with another promotion already in your cart”. I was trying to use it on Charmin.
you may have to go thru the links in the post. not sure if you are trying to access thru like a cash back site or something. hth
