The cartwheel lists the DPCI as 088-02-0042, but I am fairly certain that is an error and the correct DPCI you are looking for is 088-02-0047. These are priced at $19.99 in-stores, so $9.99 after cartwheel.
I just want to say that I bought this for Austin’s birthday last year and while it was neat and fun- it did not last very long before it developed a slow leak and had to be filled constantly. Not sure if it was the toy or my over-zealous 10-year old- but just a heads up!

there are many kinds of this product. you need the one without a pump in it. my store had 3 different kinds in a different section from the larger [pumped] 19.99. mine were 12.99 i believe before cartwheel. i had them scan both 19.99 ones and it didnt show up as a current cartwheel according to the handhelds that most employees carry.
