Hi Alexandra- I can only address Target’s policy on the matter- but Target will accept them.
they updated their policy in fall of 2014 to clarify that they will accept these coupons

Hello! I have a question I have actually been wondering for a while. The coupons from coupons.com that print with the text, “Redeemable at Walmart”, such as the Kraft Cheese coupons that are out right now, are they only redeemable at Walmart or will they work at Target and other retailers?
