Hi Deanna – Target does not give cash back and their policy states the coupon may be reduced if it exceeds the cost of the item. that being said- Target has the right to reduce your coupon value- but if they do not – the overage may apply to other things in your transaction. i hth & makes sense.
If I buy the 4.99 and use the two qs…is that a $1 money maker?
