I believe the offers appear in the cartwheel lists (or targeted emails) of some targeted customers who then share the link for them.
Yes, it happens to me over and over. Why aren’t these offers in the general list?

the cartwheel for the berries is gone, I had it on my cartwheel this morniing, and by the time I got to target it was off my list! Came home to check out my laptop and it is not showing up through the link. 🙁
Yep- Happened to me last time with the produce 25% off as well…. very irritating!
Is anyone else annoyed by these “special” offers? I load them to my cartwheel from my desktop computer, double check my phone to see if they show up and then by the time I go to the store to use them, they are gone again. I have to reload them again at the store by clicking on the link in the website again. It happened last week with the ground beef offer too. Today, I loaded them, ran to Target, used the offer and now its gone from my list again even though it doesn’t expire until the 17th. Has this happened to anyone else?
