Saturday Recipe: Easy Baked Hawaiian Chicken

Baked Hawaiian chicken is super easy to make and only takes a few minutes of prep time. The recipe garners it’s flavors from pineapple juice, rice vinegar, grated ginger and a few more ingredients. It all gets put in a 450 degree oven for 15 minutes, then basted and put back in til done.

After letting it rest, you have a juicy, flavorful chicken with a crispy skin and a delicious sauce perfect served over rice. You can also add in chopped bell pepper if you want to add a bit of crunch. This dish can also be make ahead of time and reheated!
