Just a heads up that once again this year Target will be hosting a Saturday Spooktacular Halloween Event at stores on 10/29/16 from 10am – 1pm. Kids are encouraged to wear costumes to their local Target and will receive free goodie bags and other giveaways while supplies last. Please Note that TargetExpress stores will not be participating.
