New Mobile Coupons Tab Feature Added to the Target Cartwheel App for Faster, Easier Checkout

If you are anything like me- when I approach the checkout line I can get a little frazzled. There’s always so much to do – with coupons, cartwheel, mobile coupons, printable Target coupons – it can all get a little overwhelming. But there’s a new feature on the Target Cartwheel App that should make life a little easier. (Note – if you don’t see this new feature yet- you may need to update the app).

To access this new feature, once you have the Cartwheel app open, tap on Checkout at the bottom of your screen to bring up your cartwheel bar code.

Once your cartwheel bar code screen is open look at the bottom of your screen for a bright red Coupons tab and tap on it. Any available mobile coupons will automatically be on this tab. You can just swipe side to side to see all the coupons and the bar code for each.

When you are done having the coupon barcode(s) scanned, just click on the cartwheel tab that will now be on the top of the screen to get back to cartwheel. And that’s it folks! I am really happy about this new feature and I am sure many of you out there will feel the same way!

  2. I live in Northern California close to Oregon. I have already redeemed 1perk I got a free sheet set, worth $40. Once you hit redeem the coupon then shows up in your cartwheel app where the other coupons are. The cashier just scans it and your done!

  3. HI Pam 🙂 – I thought that the perks was beta only and just in certain areas. I have only heard little smidgets of things about the perks program but if I hear anything concrete about it nationwide I will let you know for sure.

  4. This is a great feature! I get frazzled at checkout, too=/ I see you earned enough to redeem a cartwheel perk. So have I, but I haven’t redeemed mine yet. If you redeem yours, can you please let us know how it all works? such as, if they send u a mobil q for it? can u stack it with anything? etc…thanks Kerry!
