J in NY they took down the coupon a week or so ago. now only lower value coupons are available

Hi Sarah- category TQs have never affected cw discounts. While t could change this at any moment- so far it is item-specific TQs that affect cw discounts. hth & makes sense
Per my calculations, the 3 two pack will not be totally free because the cartwheel willt be calculated after the 25% beauty coupon is subtracted. That is the way cartwheel has worked on my receipts in the past. If you do this, the final total is $0.12. Still very cheap at $0.02 a tube.
