Hi Jen – did you ask for a team lead? it was stated in the ad as well, so I am not sure why they would not honor that.
This didn’t work at my store. I tried to purchase the 152 Ultimate crayons (2 of them). The computer only took off the cartwheel but did not give me the buy one get on 50% off. When I asked at the service desk, they said they had this problem earlier in the day and that it was only getting 50% off on a small box. The sign clearly said buy one and get one of equal or lesser value for 50% off. It works online, but did not work in my store in GB, Wisconsin.
