This weekend some of you may have received a super nice Target insert coupon to save $2/1 Up & Up Healthcare Item (excl. Vitamins, Cough Drops) in your 1-8-17 RP2 (x2/18). If you did not get this coupon, no worries since you can also use use the code HEALTH online at Target.com to get $2.00 Off one item.

If you are shopping online, it looks like the code will only apply to one item in your transaction, and it only seems to work if you pick a product that is at least $2 or more. OR… you can pick a product under $2 but you need to buy multiples to reach the $2 threshold and then the code will work. Just remember it excludes Vitamins and Cough Drops. Here’s a few examples of some great deals for you…

Up & Up Liquid Antacid for $2.04, so .04 cents after code HEALTH

Buy 2 Up & Up Band-Aids ($1.42 Each), so .84 after code HEALTH for 2, or .42 each

Up & Up Extra Heavy Mineral Oil for $2.02, so .02 cents after code HEALTH

Up & Up Rubbing Alcohol 32 oz for $2.16, so .16 cents after code HEALTH

You can choose FREE store pickup, or if the item is available to be shipped, if you have and use your REDcard shipping is FREE with no minimum and you will also get an additional 5% Off.

If you were lucky enough to get this coupon and are shopping in stores, I have not had a chance to use it yet, but my guess is that the register will automatically round it down if you are buying items that cost less than $2.

So for example, if you bought Hydrogen Peroxide for .97 cents and used this coupon, the register will likely deduct only .97 and make it free. I am hoping this will be the way it works, but if I am wrong and it beeps on items less than $2 please let me know! And once again- keep in mind that it is not valid on Vitamins or Cough Drops.

  1. Update – it appears the $2 off online now only works with a $5 or more purchase. At least for me it won’t apply unless there is $5 in my cart.

  2. THANK YOU! I purchased quite a few items online, some for pickup and others with free shipping! 🙂

  3. I bought three items (band-aids, contact lenses solution and antiacids) as individual orders and was able to use the HEALTH promo code that way on each one. Only the band-aids were eligible for free shipping (used my redcard) the other two I had to do as in-store pick up as they weren’t available for shipping at all. My cost for the three items was $1.50. Thank you for the info of the available on-line use since my area did not receive the store coupon in our inserts. As always, so grateful for your work Kerry!
