While we have had some great deals on cosmetics this week, the upcoming in-ad Target coupon will be valid on cosmetics too and lots more! The Gift Card is like getting a 25% Discount all on its own – but this coupon is a threshold coupon, meaning as long as you meet the spending requirement, you will be able to hand over the coupon first and then use other coupons & cartwheels for individual items along with it.
Another nice thing about threshold coupons is they don’t affect manufacturer’s coupons like specific Gift Card deals do and they won’t round down at the register as long as the item you are buying costs more than the coupon.
