Here are some FREE & Discount events going on this weekend. Many may seem to have consistent national participation- but it is always wise to call your local location to be sure they are participating.
MICHAEL’S KIDS CLUB: Kids can make and take home a completed project– cost varies by project and includes supplies (usually in $2 – $7 range). Recommended for ages 3 and up. This Saturday, 3/25 from 10 am – 12 pm, kids can make their own Tissue Paper Stained Glass, cost of supplies is $2. Also on the schedule this Saturday, from 1-3 pm, Michael’s will be holding their own Slime Bar where kids can make their own slime! Check out your local store for more details.
SUPER TARGET: If you live near a Super Target with a bakery, you can get a FREE Fresh Baked Cookie or opt for a healthier choice and get a FREE piece of Fruit for your kids! The next time you go shopping, just ask one of the bakery employees for a FREE cookie for your child. You can go HERE to check for Super Target locations.

BASS PRO SHOPS: Join the Easter Fun at Bass Pro Shops starting this weekend! Saturday, April 8th –Sunday, April 16th — Kids ages 2-10 can join in a number of fun activities to celebrate Easter, including an Egg Hunt, FREE crafts, and more. Plus, kids can have their picture taken with the Easter Bunny! For more details, go HERE. Note: This event is not available at our Islamorada location. TOYS”R”US: This Sunday, 4/9 from 1 – 3 pm, kids are invited to participate in an awesome Egg Hunt, join Geoffrey for a parade, plus there will be prizes! Just go HERE for more details.
NATIONAL PARKS – JUNIOR RANGER PROGRAM: The National Park Service Junior Ranger program takes place in almost all parks and is appropriate for kids, ages 5 to 13, but people of all ages can participate. Junior Rangers are given a series of activities to complete during a park visit, share their answers with a park ranger, and receive an official Junior Ranger patch and certificate. Plus, in honor of their 100th birthday, you can download their Centennial Junior Ranger Activity Book for FREE! For more details, check it out HERE. BARNES & NOBLE: This Saturday, 4/8 at 11 am, head over to Barnes & Noble for a special story time featuring, The Legend of Rock Paper Scissors. Just go HERE and enter your zip code to find a store near you.
POTTERY BARN: Kids can enjoy Story Time, every Tuesday from 11am – 11:30am– check out program details HERE. Members will receive a special gift after attending five sessions. Watch for special story time events as well!
