UPDATE: Just a quick update to everyone to let you know Kerry & her family are safe & sound but she is without power. As soon as it is restored she will be back bringing you all the Target deals. In the meantime, content will be a little slimmer than usual, but I will keep posting deals for you!..Karen

As many of you know, I live in Tampa and there is quite the enormous hurricane named Irma headed my way. My family and I have been working hard to secure our home and prepare for the worst while we hope for the best.

I don’t know how much I will be around the next couple of days or possibly longer, but my top priority right now is just getting my family through this storm safe and sound and being as prepared as possible.

But in the meantime – my good friend Karen who helps me out on the blog quite often, will be doing her best to keep bringing you the Target Deals. Hopefully I will be back soon, and to all of you out there in Irma’s path – I wish you the best and stay safe.

  1. I just now saw this. I’m sorry your area is going through this too. I wished the evacuation, finding gas, etc had gone better for the state. Lessons will be learned.
I’ve been slow in reading emails, because I’m stressed out over the flooding in Houston. I live in north Harris county. My house had water to the door, but not inside. Water was up half way on my SUV tires. Always want a taller car in Houston. Water level was the same with Tropical Storm Alison for me.
Flooding was in some usual places, but also in areas that hadn’t flooded in our lifetime. We have always had flood insurance, because flooding can happen anywhere.

  2. Kerry, I have been in prayer for days for those being impacted by Irma with all the evacuation preparations and disruption to millions of peoples’ lives. Now it is in progress and the prayers have increased. I am so hoping you are able to get back on your site in a few days and tell us all that you sustained little no property damage and your family were all safe. Still praying for those effected by hurricane Harvey as well.

  3. Kerry – You and your Family’s safety are in our prayers. Please be safe and thanks for all your dedication and hard work helping others like myself. If there is anything I can do to help, please reach out via email.

  4. Thoughts & prayers for you & your family and everybody down in the surrounding areas that will be dealing with Irma over the next day and beyond. Thanks for all the hard work you put into this website. Stay safe and we all hope to hear from you soon!!

  5. Kerry, thanks for your dedication up to now, I was wondering if you were still in Tampa. Please, please be safe. You and your family have been in my thoughts!

  6. Praying for all of you in the path of the hurricane. Be safe and looking forward to hearing about your adventure afterwards. Thank you for all that you do.

  7. Sending up prayers for you and your family. We appreciate what you do for us by posting deals. Right now it’s about you and your family. Be safe.
