Here’s a great idea for breakfast or brunch – cheesy hash brown casserole. Made with frozen shredded hash browns, sour cream, cubed ham and a few more ingredients, this crowd pleasing recipe does take a bit of time to bake. BUT, you can also make it in a slow cooker OR even assemble and pop in the freezer for up to 3 months and then just defrost before baking.
