Saturday Recipe: Easy, Low-Fat Veggie Pizza

Whether you are looking for a great appetizer or an easy go-to recipe on a busy week night, Veggie Pizza is a tasty idea. And, if you are trying to find a lighter variation – Ashley’s version is just as delicious as the original but with a huge reduction in fat grams.

It all starts with Pillsbury crescent rolls that get flattened out and baked. Then add a tasty layer of cream cheese, sour cream & more, and lots of veggies and cheese.
