Tide You Over Tuesday: Instant Oatmeal Packets

On busy mornings instant oatmeal can be a real time-saver, but if you are looking for a way to make those packets a little more healthy, then Amanda at A Few Shortcuts has some ideas.  Simply using quick-cooking oats, some brown sugar, and/or a few other ingredients, you can make instant oatmeal packets catered to your tastes.  Best of all, you can control the amount of sugar that gets added and even make them gluten or dairy free.

Check out Amanda’s ideas and keep in mind that you can make these up in advance until the hectic morning when you need a quick, healthy breakfast!
