Here’s the last Target flyer for this week if it’s not quite the end of the week yet:

When browsing the weekly ad, don’t forget that there are LOTS of additional ways to save more money. Sometimes it can be confusing, but that’s the whole reason for my blog! I try and make it as easy as possible to navigate all these discounts for Target shoppers.

Target Weekly Ad FAQs

What days does the Target Weekly Ad run?

The Target Weekly ad runs Sunday thru Saturday each week. There are exceptions over the holidays, including Black Friday weekend. (Target usually has one ad valid all week and a separate Black Friday ad valid starting very late Thanksgiving Day or very early Black Friday morning and running thru Saturday).

Are the Gift Card and special deals featured in the weekly ad only valid one week?

Most are one week long, however, some are long-term. Check out our Special Deals page for some of the more popular offers both advertised and unadvertised.

Are there additional gift card deals other than what's shown in the ad?

YES! Some Target sales and offers aren't advertised and these additional deals will usually appear in stores or online on Sundays. Check out our Special Deals page for some of the more popular ones that might not have been in the Target weekly ad flyer.

Is the Target ad the same for everyone?

NO. Target ads are regional and while MOST Target deals and sales are available for everyone, they can and will vary by location.

Are the deals in the weekly ad available both in stores and online?

No. Most deals found in the weekly ad will be available online and in stores. Some deals will only be available on line when you choose a same day service (pickup or delivery). Sales online and in stores can vary too.

If the Target Ad features a sale on an item, for example 2/$6, does that mean I must buy two to get that price?

Target has different types of sales. If something is just marked 2/$6, for example, you do NOT need to buy two, you will get the $3 price if you buy just one. If the sale is a Buy More Save More Sale (we typically see this on Soda sales) then you will need to buy the quantity stated in order to get the sale price. Target will usually make it clear if you need to buy in certain quantities.

Target Circle Offers are a great way to save in combination with the Target Circular Ad. Each week Target releases hundreds of new Circle offers that can make for even bigger discounts. Target Circle offers can be as high as 50% Off on a wide range of products to make for great deals. And, you can use many of them both in Target stores and online as well.

These offers can be accessed thru the Target app on mobile devices including cell phones or online. The Target sales flyer often mentions upcoming Target Circle offers too. We typically see Target Circle offers for beauty products and personal care products each week. We also see offers in the electronics department for video games as well as other areas of Target stores. Keep in mind that some are exclusive offers that not everyone will get.

Target Coupons are  easy ways to save even more, and the Target Sales Flyer typically contains one or more coupons in it each week. They usually are valid on all kinds of things including baby gear, pet care, groceries, home decor, beauty products and more. Typically Target Coupons are mentioned in the weekly Target flyer and actually appear as a Target Circle offer.

Target coupons change often, so always be sure to check the latest weekly ad preview, the current Target Ad and check pricing by YOUR zipcode for even more low prices and savings!

Target coupons are so nice because of two reasons. First off, you can stack Target coupons with Manufacturer coupons. You can find these coupons in your Sunday local newspapers. Plus sometimes there are printable manufacturer coupons available which can lead to big savings.

You can stack Target coupons with Target Circle offers and manufacturer’s coupons. So between Target coupons, manufacturer coupons and Target Circle offers, you have the potential for up to a triple stack making for the best deals and huge savings at Target!

Also to mention, be sure to sort the blog by the weekly ad category. There is also a link above to do this. The weekly Target flyer includes many current sales, but, there are also some that are unadvertised. These sales can only be found in stores starting on each Sunday. Sort the blog by the Weekly Ad Category to bring up all the posts that include great deals and sales for Target shoppers.

You can also grab some fantastic deals with rebate offers. My favorites include the ibotta app and Fetch rewards, just note that many of them are limited time offers. Combining rebate offers with coupons and Target sales or special offers is a great way to net big savings and get a great price on grocery items as well as personal care products and more.

Viewing the upcoming Target sales in the latest weekly ad preview will give you a head start on your shopping trip so you can take advantage of special offers. You can also compare the current Target Ad with the one for the next week to ensure you get the Best deals.

Target has everyday low prices on LOTS of items including popular brands as well as Target exclusive brands. To find store hours and to locate Target stores in your vicinity, just enter your zip code online at Target.com. Target hours can vary and are usually adjusted for Black Friday shopping thru Cyber Monday.

If you haven’t gotten a Target REDcard – there are many advantages and perks to getting one. In addition to a 5% everyday discount, you will get FREE shipping on most online orders plus exclusive offers for Target Red card holders.

We often also see some amazing offers for new Target RedCard holders in the form of a coupon. Throughout the year, the Target store flyer will typically advertise a Target coupon in varied amounts when you sign up for a new Target RedCard. The coupon is usually, for example, for $50 off a future $50 Target purchase.

So if you don’t have a Target Red card and are thinking about getting one, you might want to wait for one of these great deals to sign up. Just watch for an advertisement in the Sneak peek of the Target  ad each week. There are typically one page advertisements for signing up, and usually found on the last few pages of the Target Ad preview.

  1. Hi Tessa – hmmm that is odd- I dont see any 20% cw or mention of it online. but Sunchips do qualify for the $5 off wyb $20+ in lays. wish I could help but i’m not seeing what you are seeing 🙁

  2. Kerry, Thanks for all your work. Could you explain this one? It shows on the Target website 20% off with cartwheel on the Sunchips. I have it in my offers list, yet when I scan a bag it says no offers found. Why would they have it on Target.com but not on Cartwheel?

  3. Anyone else have problems reading their receipt? They mix everything up to the point of having to take a calculator with me to make sure it is right

  4. Summer beach items are on sale for 50% and it includes coolers, towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, etc.

  5. Anyone else have problems with the $5/$15 coupon this week? My target said they changed the rule and that one has to be scanned LAST after all other coupons!

  6. Chrissy – try hitting refresh on your browser – it’s not the link that’s bad.. hope this helps!

  7. When I click on the links on this page it brings me to different google ads instead of the target deals. 🙁

  8. I’m not sure where to add coupon match up deals but here’s one!

    Market Pantry Frozen Vegetables (5/$4) = $4.00
-.20 (use 5% Off market Pantry Frozen Vegetable Target Cartwheel x6/21
-$1.00/4 Market Pantry Frozen Vegetable Items Target Coupon
    = $2.80 total or $0.56 each

  9. 10% off EVERYTHING (ALMOST) DEC 21ST & DEC 22ND Due to the customer credit information leak …something like that, but check the promo page on Target’s website, it is official!

  10. I have never had a problem with overage at Target…. I just make sure that they get all the Target Coupons first, then the MQ”s. Most people stack the TQ and the MQ togather, if you give them in stacks you will get the overage.

  11. Has anyone else encountered a store that wouldn’t honor the weekly ad? I was going to buy some cat food today and I would have received a 5 dollar gift card, but apparently this particular store isn’t honoring this deal. I feel like if it’s in the ad, the customer should get the deal. Thoughts?

  12. Hello,

Does anyone know if there is a way to view the Target ad from last week? The dates were from 9/8/2013 through 9/14/2013. In specific, I need to see the Target ad listing for the “Spyro’s Adventures Skylanders Buy 2 Get 1 Free” that was in Target’s sale paper last week.

Please reply ASAP if anyone can help with info or a link. If anyone still has the actual physical copy of the ad that would be great. I might have to sort through my garbage for it.
    🙁

    Many thanks!

    M.C.

  13. I bought a few of the Up and Up school supplies today thinking it would take the full $1.50 value off and unfortunately it didn’t, it took my lowest priced item which was a ruler which cost .25 cents and only took the .25 cents off for the ruler so I missed out on the other 1.25 of the coupon..just something to think about if you are buying other school supplies! Sounds like you need to buy something valued at $1.50 to get full value of the coupon 🙂

  14. I just bought today the herbal essence shampoo and in my target there are some for $2.74, I used the buy one get one free and the discount was for $4.99, the total for both was $0.49 and with the $1.00 mobile coupon it was a money maker. Love target

  15. I love target. Saved soon much money today. My husband was floor when he saw my receipt, lol

  16. I had an interesting situation at Target today. Bought two items for 4.49 and presented two MQs for .75 each and one TQ for 3.00, but the cash register came up with $5.98 instead of $4.48. It happened again on another items where I presented two MQs with two like items and a TQ. Has this ever happened to any one else? The manager was baffled, but refunded the difference. I didn’t know that I was going to have to take a calculator into the check out lane!

  17. My Target has really started to crack down on coupons, as far as items not being free after coupons and trail sizes. My cashier said it started in the past couple days. She also said they aren’t allowing more then four of each coupon on items.

  18. Jane, I’m not sure why the cashier didn’t just reduce the amount of the coupon. In the future I would ask to speak to a manager on the mattter. in the end their going to reimbursed for the amount of the product and then some. Sometimes bringing a manager into the situation will resolve it in your favor.

  19. Kerry you should create a ABOUT ME page on here.
I would like to know where you are from? Just curious to know because I know some deals are regional. Love your site. 😉

  20. My Target had Huggies Diapers Snug n Dry marked down 50% SZ 3 86 in box $9.78! This was so get rid of the last bit because they changed the size of the boxes to a larger quantity per box. Plus I got and extra 5% off using my Target debit card!

  21. Bought the 2 Irish Spring 15oz men’s body wash today. On sale for $2.99 had 3 $1.00 off coupons – so I scored 6 15oz bottles for at total of $1 each – $6

  22. Jane,
My Target (Indianapolis) has always just reduced the value of the coupon. That is NOT nice of them to just not take the coupon. Maybe take it to a manager?

  23. Shopped at Target today, Lakeville, MN store. Bought 3 Bounce dryer sheets and used the $3/3 Target coupon. Wasn’t able to use the $3/3 mfg coupon – Per CSM, if additional coupon comes to more than total cost, they won’t reduce the coupon value, (in this case it would be 9 cents), rather they won’t accept the coupon at all. Has anyone else run into this situation? I haven’t had this problem at other area Target stores. The Burnsville, MN store accepted both coupons with purchase of 3.
    Love your website!

  24. Hey CHerie- – it was updated on the 12th. Since there are SOOOOOO many items on the list- if you notice an expired coupon it is so helpful to state which one. TY!

  25. Awesome deals on Clearance shoes on target.com right now! got 2 pairs of Mossimo Kari boots for only $26.69 incl tax! Each boot was originally $39 — used my Target Redcard Debit card for free shipping & 5% off then found a promo code for extra 10% off on clearance shoes “SAVE10” !!! had to share!!!
