Revlon Eye Cosmetics as Low as 17¢ Each Plus FREE Stuff

In addition to those nice cosmetic coupons I posted about on Sunday, we have another new high-value one today to Save $3.00 on ONE (1) Revlon Eye Cosmetic (excluding all beauty tools). Target sells Revlon eye cosmetics with prices starting at $5.39, so as low as $2.39 after coupon.

However, we also have a coupon on Circle for a FREE $5 Gift Card when you buy $20 or more of select beauty items. While Revlon coupons have a limit of one, this same coupon can be found on Circle, so you could mix & match and do something like this…
