Super Bowl Sunday is always a lot of fun at our house and a great time to get together with friends and family! In preparation, we’re already planning our Super Bowl snacks and stocking up the pantry. So, I thought it would be fun to share with you one of my favorite go-to snacks, Angie’s BOOMCHICKAPOP® popcorn and kettle corn. And now for a fun idea on serving Angie’s BOOMCHICKAPOP that’s quick and easy to prepare. These cute paper cones are an easy way to serve popcorn and they minimize the mess that can come from everyone digging into a bowl for a handful. Plus, I think they look so festive when gathered together and tied with ribbon in team colors!
For supplies, you will need 8-1/2 x 11 paper, ribbon, cardstock, scotch tape, clear party favor bags, and your choice of flavor of Angie’s BOOMCHICKAPOP. I have created a special printable that you can download here for FREE and print out on cardstock. You can print on white as I did or use colored paper for the 2 teams going to the Super Bowl.
Once you’ve printed, just roll each one into a cone shape and secure with scotch tape. You can also use double sided tape if you want to hide the tape but I like to keep things simple! Next, put the party favor bags in the treat cones and fill with Angie’s BOOMCHICKAPOP. I found its easier to fill the cones if you set them in tall glasses. To finish, just tie them off with colored ribbon. One of the best things my mother taught me is how to curl ribbon lol!
