Here’s a dessert idea that takes oatmeal cream pies to a whole new level! The dough includes peanut butter, oats, m&ms and more, and once they are baked they get filled with a fluffy sweet cream filling. Although it takes a little more time to make this filling from scratch, the results are well worth the effort – and you can use a stand mixer to make whipping it a breeze.
