One of the great things about the holiday season is holiday cookies! Today Ashley has a recipe for pecan tassies -a rich nutty cookie that kind of resembles a mini pecan pie. The scrumptious dough is made of flour, cream cheese, butter and a touch of lemon zest which gets baked wit a filing of pecans, brown sugar and a few other ingredients. After baking, the result is a flaky golden crust with a rich nutty filling.
