If you’ve never tried doing anything with a pumpkin other than making a jack-o-lantern, you might want to check out Yammie’s recipe for Pumpkin Soup. Using fresh pumpkin is super easy, and her recipe gets lots of added flavor from chicken stock, minced garlic, smoked paprika and a few other seasonings.
