Saturday Recipe: Maple Oat Pecan Scones

scones
Looking for an extra special sweet to go with your morning cup of coffee? Maple oat pecan scones are moist and full of buttery maple flavor. They do take about 15 min of prep time and 18 minutes of cook time, but they are easy to make and well worth a total time of just over 30 minutes start to finish! Once baked, the scones get a decadent maple glaze and chopped pecans for garnish.

These scones are also perfect as an afternoon treat, and even better they can and should be frozen if not eaten right away. Once frozen you can just thaw for about an hour or pop in a microwave for a few seconds and they are ready to eat. You can check out the complete recipe with instructions on the post HERE.
