All you need to do is download their toolbar and start using it when you do your searches. Use it every time you search, and randomly you will be awarded “Swagbucks” which you can redeem for prizes. There are gift cards for Starbucks, Amazon, and more, and my most favorite – a Target e-Gift Card!:)

There’s actually a few new Target Gift Cards that have showed up recently as new in the Swagbucks Store in various amounts. And you can earn a $5 Target Gift Card with as little as 500 Swagbucks. Usually free Swag Codes are put out several times a week worth various amounts and there are lots of other easy ways to earn bucks, including shopping, daily polls, games and referring your friends. So get signed up and start being rewarded when you search and join in on the fun hunt to get more bucks!

  1. they are linked to coupons.com too, so if you print coupons thru swagbucks instead of straight to coupons.com, and use them like you normally, you get something like 10 swagbucks/coupon redeemed.

  2. I have been using SB for almost 3 years and I absolutely LOVE it. I have earned lots of gift cards and have not had any problems with any excessive ads. I actually search just a few of the same things primarily – my email, Totally Target, etc and I earn SB almost every day with very little searching. I am so happy to earn Amazon gift cards for Christmas, and restaurant gift cards are a really nice treat! Plus it’s fun playing games and earning SB as well.

  3. Unless this toolbar has changed significantly in the past several months, it is garbage.

The search results have ads mixed in, but doesn’t differentiate them in a different color or with highlighting, so you’re clicking on unrelated things thinking they’re the top results. And even if you realize that, they change the number of ads each time you search so you can never really tell what the top result is vs. ads.

Also, the search results are just bad in general, I don’t know what system they use for their search results, but it’s not very good.
