Hi Kim – it’s not a new rule and most likely not accurate. The reason it probably didn’t work is because it is my understanding that the 2 deals are separate – ie you would have needed to buy 3 color crave or 3 nice n easy – you wouldn’t be able to mix and match. hope that helps & makes sense.
Today I tried to buy 2 crave and one nice and easy. I used the 5$ free GC coupon from the paper and did not get my 5$ Clairol GC. The manager said by using the beauty coupon I couldn’t get the buy 3 get a 5$ GC clairol deal. Is this a new rule?
