I actually have this Logitech M317 mouse and love it! At this price it’s a great time to grab a spare or even to put aside for down the road gifts for teens or college students. It does require a USB port for the micro receiver, and has a battery life of up to 12 months. I have found mine usually does last a LONG time without needing new batteries, and I get a LOT of use out of mine!
If you have a Chromebook, this wireless mouse is compatible, AND it has a range of up to 33 feet! It also has an on/off switch to help conserve battery life when not in use.
