If your child has outgrown their car seat or you’re just looking to upgrade, you may want to take part in the Target Car Seat Trade-in Event from 4/19 – 5/2!

Starting Sunday the 19th and going thru Saturday, May 2nd, you can bring your used car seat to Target stores nationwide and trade it in. In return, you will get a coupon for 20% off any car seat, booster seat, base, travel system, stroller or select baby gear items in stores or at Target.com, valid thru May 16th.

Target teams up with recycling partners to make sure all the car seats they collect get upcycled into new products. You can read more about the trade-in program HERE.

Drop off boxes will be located at Target stores near Guest Services. Once you have dropped off your old one, you will need to scan the code found on signs next to the drop off boxes into your Target app to get your 20% off coupon on Circle.

Plus, Target has select car seats that will be on sale starting Sunday that can get you an even bigger discount. There are so several styles to choose from, just keep in mind when shopping online some sales may not show up until you get to checkout.

If you are in the market for a stroller, select ones will also be on sale too! You can also check out next week’s Target ad scan to see featured baby gear on sale that your trade-in coupon will be valid on to save even more.

So be sure and take part of the Target Car Seat Trade-in event if you need a new car seat or stroller.

Here’s a roundup of some Target clearance finds I spotted at my store this week in the pet department. There were lots of toys for both dogs and cats, dog treats, and cat food.

Be sure and take a good look around your store for any additional Target clearance finds, as items vary from store to store! Also be sure and keep an eye out on items you have interest in, as clearance prices sometimes drop quickly, and sometimes take weeks!

This teacher discount is in the form of a Target Circle offer and is valid on one qualifying store wide purchase. To get your discount, you will need to fill out a verification form.

To qualify, you must be a teacher, staff member or faculty member employed by K-12 schools, colleges, or universities here in the U.S.A. OR, a teacher at a daycare center, early childhood learning center or a home school teacher. Note that homeschool teachers might need to provide extra documentation.

School staff and administrators as well as college faculty are also eligible for this Circle Offer!

Once you’ve completed the form and are ready to shop, you will need to save this exclusive teacher Target Circle offer, just keep in mind it has a one-time use. 

It encompasses lots of products including pens, pencils, crayons and additional classroom supplies & organization and more! Be sure and check the details when you get your Circle to be aware of any exclusions. Typically there are quite a few.

Keep in mind this discount is on top of existing sale prices, and Target has LOTS of school supplies already on a long-term sale for the back to school shopping season.
