Does your Target store have a beauty sample spot? If you haven’t noticed one, be sure and take a second look in the beauty department at your store. Mine is actually located at the intersection of a beauty aisle and a “main” aisle.
Sometimes there are no samples at my store, but today it was loaded down with several different FREEBIES! I love grabbing these to try out products before I buy.
