Here’s a tasty dinner idea for you – Mexican stuffed shells! This delicious dish starts with cooked jumbo pasta shells that get stuffed with a mixture of black beans, corn, cream cheese and a few more ingredients.
The stuffed shells get placed on a layer of salsa in a baking dish, drizzled with taco or enchilada sauce, and covered with cheddar cheese. Bake til warm and bubbly and dinner is served!
