Here’s a great idea for breakfast or brunch – overnight baked French toast! Do all the prep work the night before and in the morning you can just pop it in the oven for about 45 minutes to bake.

The recipe starts with thick cut bread and gets layered with brown sugar, cinnamon and a few other ingredients. Let it chill out in the fridge over night, and in the morning it’s ready to go.
