Whether you are looking for an easy dinner idea or for a great appetizer, you might want to check out this recipe for Beef Taco Cups over on CenterCutCook. It all starts with a layer of wonton wrappers placed in a muffin tin which gets topped with a meat/bean mixture and cheese. more layers get added and it all gets baked in the oven til toasty.
