Poke cakes are so easy to make, and this one is no exception! As summer transitions into fall, this is a perfect dessert to make. This caramel poke cake is sure to be a hit too.

There’s just a few ingredients needed, and the decadent caramel is just the right amount of sweetness. This cake is a family pleasing dessert too!

Whether you need something in a hurry or are planning ahead, this is such an easy sweet treat to make. Once the whipped topping is put on, the addition of toffee bits and swirl of extra caramel makes for an impressive presentation.

While it is super easy to make, you will want to allow time for this dessert to chill. So be sure to plan ahead so that it has at least 4 hours to hang out in the fridge to make it perfect for serving.

And, this would also make for a GREAT dessert at Thanksgiving for any non-pie fans out there. It’s such a yummy alternative, and you can always make it the night before!
