Thanksgiving is tomorrow, and if you find yourself with a bit too much left over turkey on Friday, Michelle has a great idea. Her recipe for turkey and rice soup is very easy and only takes a few minutes of prep time.

In less than 30 minutes you will have a hot, flavorful soup that will not only fill you up but warm you up too! While her version calls for VeeTee rice, you could substitute out for Minute Rice or even already cooked rice. You can check out the complete recipe with instructions on her post HERE.
