Summer is here and if you are looking for an easy and delicious dessert idea perfect to serve up along ice cream, you might want to check out Michelle’s recipe of Blueberry cobbler.

While fresh blueberries are best, you can always use canned or frozen instead. Prep time only takes about 5 minutes and the dish goes in the oven for about 45 minutes.
