Saturday Recipe: Homemade Beef & Bean Burritos

burritoToday Ashley has a recipe that is perfect for a busy night or a meal on the go! Her beef & bean burritos are packed with lots of flavor from cilantro, limes, cumin and a few more ingredients. Plus, if you like a little heat, her recipe calls for a chipotle chile (which you can leave out if you would prefer). Dinner can be ready in about 30 minutes, and she includes a recipe for Pico De Gallo, homemade salsa, and even homemade guacamole!

The recipe is versatile too – you can leave out the meat or the beans depending on what you prefer. You can check out Ashley’s recipe with instructions on her post HERE.
