Wednesday Recipe: Pepperoni & Cheese Stuffed Chicken

Not sure what to make for dinner? Here’s a fun idea for dinner – pepperoni & cheese stuffed chicken! It all starts with pounding boneless, skinless chicken breasts very thin, which then get stuffed with lots of flavorful ingredients. Once breaded, just brown in a hot skillet and then transfer to the oven to finish baking.

Then just top with cheese and pepperoni and broil until the cheese melts. Serve up with a side of marinara sauce or pasta and a big salad for a complete meal. You can check out the entire recipe along with instructions on the post HERE.
