Target Cartwheel: A New Way to Save Even More!

This post may contain affiliate links. See my disclosure policy

cartwheelTarget has an awesome savings program called Cartwheel by Target which offers additional opportunities to save even more! You can get as much as an additional 50% off, occasionally even higher, on items at Target including grocery, health & beauty, baby, clothing and much more. The best part is that you can combine Cartwheel offers with your coupons! You are allowed one Cartwheel offer with one manufacturer’s coupon and one Target coupon, triple the savings!

Cartwheel can be accessed 2 ways. You can access Cartwheel from a computer, browse and add offers and then print out your barcode to use in store. Or… Cartwheel can be accessed in the Target App on mobile Devices. This will allow many other features of the App to be utilized like scanning barcodes on items to see if there are any cartwheel offers and more.

To get started from your desktop, just go HERE, or just download the Target app from Google Play or iTunes and create an account. Then, log in to your account and you’re ready to start saving!

example

Now simply browse thru the offers on the desktop or your phone and hit the plus sign to add anything that interests you. When you’re ready to purchase your items and your offers are in your cartwheel, you can either print your Cartwheel barcode from your desktop at home and bring it with you to the store, or you can pull up your Cartwheel your mobile device.

To print your barcode, just go to www.cartwheel.target.com and login, then click on “Checkout” on the left, and then select ‘Print my Barcode’ at the top of the screen. This barcode is always the same, no matter what you add or remove from your list. So you could always laminate your barcode to be able to use it again and again at checkout.

To check out with Cartwheel with your mobile device, just open up the Target app and tap on the wallet icon to bring up the barcode for your cashier to scan.

Here are a few more points to keep in mind when using Cartwheel offers…

  • The Cartwheel discount is taken AFTER Target Coupons and BEFORE manufacturer coupons.
  • An IDENTICAL Offer can be applied a maximum of FOUR times in a single Transaction.
  • You can save on your entire Cartwheel list up to 6 times per day.
  • If you would like to make sure an item qualifies for a cartwheel offer before you buy it, you can use the barcode feature in the app. Just tap on the barcode icon at the top of the main menu and scan your item. If there is a matching offer, it will come up and automatically be added to your list.

  1. I love your site! I just found it as I searched for Target coupons and signed up for emails and texts and noticed your gift card giveaways. Wish I knew about this site before. What you do is much appreciated and thank you for helping me save money at the groceries at Target. Love love love your site. Thank you.

  2. A cautionary tale: I just tried to use a Cartwheel for a Yvolution scooter. It said “Assorted Styles” and didn’t give any exclusions in the fine print. We bought one but were told the Cartwheel didn’t apply because it wasn’t the right scooter. It was a Yvolution scooter. We were told we should scan the barcode next time to see if the Cartwheel applies. I’d never heard that before. Lesson learned the hard way.

  3. Anyone else having troubles logging into Cartwheel from their desktop?

I was able to log-on this morning before I went to Target. Now this afternoon I can’t log-on at all.

    Any insights would be appreciated.

    Best,

    LizzyBizzy

  4. So just to clarify: cartwheel only works with in store purchases, right? We just moved to Italy and I want to order on target.com, but can’t figure out if or how to connect cartwheel to my order. Thanks!

  5. @mely mich….yes that is how it works, just add what you want to save on, and scan cartwheel once and all deductions will be taken off. 🙂

  6. Follow up from 6/11….only cartwheel same day immediately after transaction has gone through….any longer time delay is not possible…but also still at discretion of the manager.

Question: does anyone know how I unlock the racing saver? Clue: get great deals from racing’s brightest star at Kyle Larson’s pit stop.

  7. Help! So I have 14 coupons added to my cartwheel. When I pay, the cashier only needs to scan that one barcode on top and it gets all 10 coupons:)?

  8. Hi does anyone know, if I can go back and get my cartwheel discount? I went to the store last minute today around 5pm husband texted asking for some medication. Had great coupons for Zyrtec and mucinex ($6 & $4) plus I also found great cartwheel (20% & 10%) but I was caught up in seeing my fav cashier I didn’t scan my cartwheel! 🙁 and I didn’t notice until just now.

  9. Yes Connie, I just used Cartwheel twice tonight and I noticed that it is now being taken off AFTER TQ. Cartwheel used to be the first deduction (even though it is scanned last). I have not noticed it being random though.

  10. Has anyone noticed that there has been a change with Cartwheel scanning at the register? They used to have to scan it last, but they said the system has been updated, and they can scan any time.
I noticed that now the discount is very random. On one it takes retail, on another order it takes after TG coupons.
So now it DOES matter when you have them scan. Anyone else??

  11. Hi Scovey you are correct. But keep in mind while most cartwheels will apply 4x when scanned- some have limits. for example the cereal 50% you mention has a limit of 2.hth

  12. Question in regards to using Cartwheel for same items in transaction (up to 4x, I think): If I buy 4 of the same item that is a Cartwheel deal, (50% off cereal), I can get 4 boxes of cereal and only scan the Cartwheel app once and it will take the discount off all 4 boxes? And the discount is applied after Target coupons are deducted but before manufacture coupons?

  13. For the first time, my “Total Saved” did not update after using several offers this morning. I did receive the actual discounts. Has this ever happened to anyone and is there a way to manually add them with your receipt number like you can at Walgreens? I saved quite a bit which will help in getting me to that next badge. Thanks!

  14. I am going to use cartwheel for the 1st time tomorrow. If I want to use a specific deal 4x’s in one transaction (Charmin 50% discount) do I need to add it to my cartwheel 4 times or is it automatically applied to all 4 items? Thanks everyone!

  15. Nevermind previous comment, I figured it out after a Swagbucks search. To anyone else wanting to know, at the home page, click on one of the “collections” (such as the Simply Balanced items) and select a product to add to your cartwheel. HTH!

  16. I have the same question as Liz… how do you unlock the “star” badge? The clue confuses me. TIA!

  17. Hi Abby many stores MAKE you hand CW last- cartwheel will deduct the same no matter the order you and it in anyway. for me I always hand my TQ first, then MQ then CW

  18. Okay I think I have been couponing at Target incorrectly… so it’s Target store coupon first, then Cartwheel, then manufacturer coupons? I’ve been doing MFC, TGT then cartwheel…..

  19. FYI to anyone who was wondering the same thing I asked on 12/9, it appears a cartwheel does not disappear after you use it. I used the velveeta offer (2x in 1 transaction) over a week ago, and it is still in my cartwheel app. Hope to use it again before it expires. I don’t know if it would be different had I reached the 4x and 6x limits, but thought others might want to know this info.

  20. Hi Kerry,

I have just found your website on Target and I just love it. Thanks so much

    Blessing Sheila E.

  21. i forgot to use my cartwheel app when i was there yesterday. can i go in with the receipt today and they give me the savings back?

  22. So I see the info about 4x per transaction and 6x per day. But what happens if I use an offer 1 day and then hope to use it gain the next day? After I use a cartwheel offer, does it remove itself from my phone at the end of the day, or does it stay there until it expires or I remove it?

  23. The barcode scanner shows up on my iPhone but not on my iPad. Is the barcode scanner not available on the iPad?

  24. Oy, cartwheel is giving me a headache! I’m unable to log in via FB for some reason (keep clicking, nothing happening) so I decided to log in via email. Well now it thinks I’m a whole new person…my slots have gone back to 10, my savings are none, etc… I was having the hardest time with the app while I was in the store earlier so I decided to come home and do it from my PC and not it’s all messed up. >:< Ugh! Anyone else having this problem? It wouldn't let me log in through FB yesterday either.

  25. Sharon– I found this on their support page: Cartwheel offers are only valid in U.S. Target stores. Cartwheel is not available for redemption on Target.com or Target Canada at this time. Maybe in the future!

  26. Jennifer / Kate –Cartwheel does not have a scan feature as far as I know. There is only the barcode which the cashier scans at checkout. If you would like to know whether a cartwheel offer will work on something, I have gone up to guest services with the item and my barcode and have asked them to check for me. This way I know before I buy. The Target App has a barcode scanner for in-store use. You can check it out here: http://www.target.com/spot/mobile/landing. HTH.

  27. Georgetta– there is only one barcode for cartwheel that will apply to everything you add. This is from their support page: Your barcode never changes. You can print it once, add and remove offers as you wish, and that same barcode can still be scanned to receive the latest discounts on your list. Just reference Cartwheel.com or the app to know what’s on your list. As for prices, you’ll have to look on target.com or check at the store. Cartwheel does not give prices.

  28. Hi Amber, I am a newbie on Cartwheel. I do not have a Smartphone just regular TracPhone w/no apps. I also was wondering how to print my barcodes from my printer at home. Lastly, when you add something it does not show you the Target price how do I find this out before going to store. What I would like to do is add all my Cartwheel items, get prices on-line and the print bar codes. How do I do all this. Cartwheel would be a great savings for me as on fixed income senior citizen and every penny counts. Thank you for any reply.

  29. Does the iPhone have the option to scan items I’m the search window?
I don’t have the option to scan in the search window

  30. I have an iphone 4 and I am unable to figure out how to use the scan items feature one of the target team members was telling me about….help!!

  31. hmmmm STacey- I am not sure what’s going on but have you tried making sure you are already logged into facebook on your phone before you open the app? I ave no idea if that will work but it’s worth a shot. sorry I don’t have any better ideas. 🙁

  32. I have tried 3 times to download the cartwheel app and it never works. The app downloads just fine but when I go to login it asks for my permission and I accept and it tells me it failed. As I said I have tried restarting the phone, deleting and redownloading and nothing works. Can you help?

  33. Hi LIly- the way I understand it is 4 per tans and 6x per day- so actually you could do as many as 6 transactions with the soup @4x each so 24 cans of soup in a day. hth

  34. Please confirm or clarify: I can use cartwheel on (example: 4 identical cans of soup per transaction). How many times can I use this cartwheel 4x (4 cans x 4 transactions=16 cans of soup)? Confusing part is 6x per day part.

  35. HI Misty- when Cartwheel is scanned does not matter- the register still applies the discount after TQs and before MQs- the outcome will be the same even though cartwheel is scanned last. hth

  36. The Target where I shop (Panama City) has implemented a policy that you can only use your Cartwheel after ALL paper coupons have been scanned. That means you save much less if you stack coupons. This store has always been coupon un-friendly so it doesn’t really surprise me.

  37. HI Rachel- from the Target app- click on the meni- the top choice is search or scan- when you tap you will need to tap once more on “Scan a Code” hth

  38. Does anybody know how to use the scanner to scan an items barcode on the iphone? I can’t even find the location of the scanner.

  39. Kerry — thanks for the instructions for obtaining the Social Saver badge. Unfortunately the two friends I have showing that have signed up for Cartwheel don’t have anything they have purchased… 🙁 … I think I need new friends!

  40. Thank you! I have been wondering the same thing. Followed your directions and it worked for me. I have 20 spots now! Thanks again!

  41. Kerry,
I just left my Target and literally spent 45 minutes in the checkout arguing with a cashier who refused to even scan most of my coupons, most of my mobile coupons didn’t work, and then she informed me she would not scan my paper copy of my cartwheel items. She told me that received a memo last week stating that Cartwheel was intended to be a mobile app thing only and they were to not to take paper copies anymore. Funny, the Target Cartwheel site still allows you to print to redeem in store. Have you heard anything about this?

  42. Nicole- You might be able to do this thru the app as well, but for me, I went online to my cartwheel and clicked on one of my friends. Your friend’s cartwheel activity will come up including offers she has redeemed. Find one that you haven’t added to your cartwheel yet and then click on it. When it flips, click on ‘add’. As soon as I did that, the Social Saver badge came up on the left side as ‘earned’. HTH

  43. Does anyone know how to unlock the “social saver” badge? The hint says “Your friends have good taste. Check out their cartwheel”. I’ve looked at all of my friends cartwheel. What am I doing wrong? Thanks for your help! Nicole

  44. HI Terri- you can apply a cartwheel up to 4x in one transaction. and as far as unlocking badges there are different ones- some for sharing on fb, some for a level of savings for using cartwheel and more. hth!

  45. I totally enjoy your site! Thank you for caring enough to post items that are essential to everyday living. When your on a tight buget all the savings that I can get matter. I have a question inregards to the Targer Cartwheel app. I just signed up minutes ago after reading your posted cartwheel information. I was wondering how are you able to unlock more than 15 cartwheel coupons and also how many times you can apply a cartwheel Q in one transaction.

    Thank you!

  46. You may have answered this and I missed it. So it is a max of four times per offer per transaction. But if I go back another day does it reset or is it four times total until the cartwheel expires?

  47. LOVE LOVE LOVE this!!! I use all coupons together.. Manufacturer, Target, Mobile text, and Cartwheel… It sure seems that they are heading in the right direction in helping customers save money!! my last few visits have been Awesome and the cashier are awesome, not like walmarts

I tell everyone do like me I drive down to cvs in moss bluff, now there is a man that shows up first thing in the ready for his bout 30, but he does like me.. I DO ALL shopping for my sweet Family.. tried to so mom she does she does purdy goodllll

I did the deal because not sure if it would work, and it iDID WORKED PERFECT Will probably I ail probably be heading To get a few more bottleslll If you have the B1G2 😀

  48. I used it for the first time yesterday, and it went well. It is time consuming, so I would like Target to put out a little more incentive for customers to use it. For example, how about a point earning system. For example, once you earn a certain amount of points you are eligible for $5.00 off.

  49. HI Michele- I am pretty sure the barcode always stays the same- that it just reads to see what offers you have added in your personal cartwheel. hth

  50. I don’t have a smartphone so I have to print my barcode. So it seems the barcode remains the same. If I used all my slots for say school supplies and printed the barcode but did not redeem it yet. Then filled my slots with says grocery items and printed. List 1 with school supplies would be wiped out and that barcode useless, is that correct?

  51. Hi Cheri- glad you enjoy TT! regarding your question- there is a way to control and change your privacy settings – so that only you see your stuff – no one else. go here- https://cartwheel-secure.target.com/help-center and then read under the section titled “How can I control what is shared on Facebook?” They will guide you to your Facebook settings – https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=applications. Follow the prompts and you will be able to set the app to be only visible to you. No one will see what you’re doing on Cartwheel. hth!

  52. Kerry,
I absolutely love, love love your website!
My main concern about NOT signing up for Cartwheel, is I do not need to have everyone knowing what I purchase, nor do I care what they are buying. Is there some easy step by step way for this NOT to happen so I can start enjoying the extra savings? I would really love a response and some easy tips on how not to have it show. Thanks Cheri

  53. I used cartwheel now twice and love this app, saved a total of $35 in 2 trips. I just looked at “my cartwheel” while shopping and had them scan right on my iPhone at register no problems and used a few manufacturers coupons too, I live in NJ.
Anyone who knows what day/time they list new items, I seem to be too late sometimes to be able to add items?

  54. I can’t find anything that says whether you can use cartwheel and price match. And if so, does cartwheel come off before or after price match?

  55. @Trish-
You just print out the whole list. It will have one bar code at the top and the computer will apply it to your whole order. The computer figures out which items qualify and discounts them automatically. I always print out the list so that I can use it while I shop, and I haven’t had any issues with the discounts not showing up. I think I’ve had a max of 4-5 offers (with multiple items for each offer) used in a transaction with no problems so far. The cashiers have just scanned without complaint it along with my handful of coupons.

  56. I’m confused, so if I wanted to use a cartwheel discount on 4 of the same item the cashier would have to scan it 4 times??

  57. Since I had a few issues with Cartwheel like some offers on my CW would not get discount and Target Guest Service would be of little help, I found a great help forum run by Target Cartwheel Team

    http://cartwheelsupport.target.com/cartwheel

Highly recommend it! You can post problems, ideas, suggestions and it gets replied to pretty fast. And if you like any suggestions/ideas make sure you “like” them so they get more support.

If discount did not work on any items on your CW (assuming you followed restrictions, if any) – you’d better submit your complaint/problem as soon as possible – apparently they only give you 3 days to come back to Target for price adjustment.
When posting on their site you’d need to submit your REC# – at the bottom of the receipt and the item number and item description, as some items were not in their system – I had problem with Up&up paper towels and some Clorox.

Also, I noticed quite a lot of complaints about the discrepancy between your CW earnings shown on the site and earnings on your receipt. But maybe they have fixed this issue already.

  58. As read above,
The Cartwheel discount is taken AFTER Target Coupons and BEFORE manufacturer coupons.
An IDENTICAL Offer can be applied a maximum of FOUR times in a single Transaction.
You can redeem all the Cartwheel offers on your Cartwheel list at the time of your transaction, whether its 10 or more (depending if you have unlocked additional spots).
You can save on your entire Cartwheel list up to 6 times per day.

  59. Does anyone know if you can redeem your cartwheel offers more than once in a single week? For example, I redeem a 5% Ground beef on Monday, can I use that same offer again on Friday of the same week?

  60. Hi: I’ve used Cartwheel a few times and I like it. Does it matter the order in which the coupons and the Cartwheel barcode are scanned?

  61. I feel a little stupid asking, but should I select each cartwheel item separately and select “redeem in store” so it prints a separate bar code for each. If this works, it sounds like another great way to save money! Thanks!

  62. Cartwheel by Target would like to access your public profile, friend list and email address.

Are we able to choose cancel and still use Carwheel?

  63. I am a target employee and found out about cartwheel through the direct marketing to team members that is displayed in the break room! I don’t know why it would no longer be accepted at certain stores….I have used it once and will be again today, I also wish I could load about a hundred offers–currently up to 17 spots, but I like to shop and save! fyi, as a team member I received no info/training about this program as related to applying it when I work–of course, that could be because I am not a cashier and only work 15-25 hours a week.

  64. Hello,I tried this for the first time the other day and they scanned by cartwheel barcode at the register. When II looked at my receipt in the car and it applied my cartwheel discount to only one of the products in my cartwheel, has anyone else had problems?

  65. Cartwheel is working here in NY. I printed out the barcode and had cashier scan it last after all target and manufacturer coupons. All 4 items eligible showed the discount.

  66. I justed used my Cartwheel tonight after reviewing this blog earlier today. I was shocked as I put some C9 items on it and found great deals on the clearance rack. Got to cashier and explained this was my first time using and what did I need to do, she scanned bar code and when I got my receipt I saw all discounts were applied. I let several friends now about this immediately after leaving my Target. Was awesome, thanks for writing about it.

  67. My target in PA just stopped accepting it. The girl said 3 weeks ago, but I’ve used it 3 times in the past three weeks.

  68. Customer service was no help and they said cartwheel app wasn’t part of target . They won’t scan the bar code. How do you get this to work?

  69. I have had NOTHING but trouble with Cartwheel. Sometimes the site won’t open on my phone, sometimes the discount doesn’t come off, sometimes the checker gets spiteful, and I hate having to go to customer service to get my 5% back or whatever. Too many bugs.

  70. In order to sign up for cartwheel, they are requiring that “Cartwheel by Target would like to access your public profile, friend list and email address.” Have your friends been “spammed” by Target? I don’t mind my public profile, but I don’t feel I have the right to give out my friends information.

  71. I printed off a cartwheel coupon I wanted to use and the cashier scanned the bar code but when I got in the car and looked at the receipt it never took anything off?

  72. HI- I tried this for the first time the other day and they scanned by cartwheel barcode at the register. But then I looked at my receipt in the car and it applied my cartwheel discount to only one of the products in my cartwheel, has anyone else had problems? Thanks

  73. Hey Lora- you need to redeem those offers 1st, then remove and add new ones. You will earn more spots as you redeem offers and share them though. hth

  74. I filled up my 10 spots on the cartwheel and printed it out. Can I then go back and remove items and add new / different ones and print those out? There are more than 10 items I’d like to use, so only having 10 spots annoys me.

  75. although I haven’t used this yet and will try it tomorrow, doesn’t it make more sense to have an app you can just open rather than having to go online to scan something in the store and deal with all this facebook linking? I think eventually if this catches on it will turn into an app but seeing how apparently this is still in “beta testing” the kinks are still being worked out

  76. @ Rachel-I have been able to use Cartwheel on “previous purchases” (the first few times I bought items from my Cartwheel list I had everything pulled up on my phone and then forgot to actually ask the cashier to scan it). However, the computer does not like it. When they try to process it as a missed coupon or whatever the computer just comes up with nothing, so both times they just had to manually calculate my savings and did a cash refund.

  77. Ugh, did my first Cartwheel at the store yesterday. The “rules” seem to be out the window. I have one receipt where the amount was figured AFTER TQ AND MQ and another receipt where it was figured BEFORE TQ! WTH? So it’s not working the way it’s supposed to and the order handed over does matter.

  78. Anyone having trouble accessing the website? I says 500 Internal Server Error and there is a message up:

    oh, wow!

Cartwheel is so popular right now we are limiting access to make sure our guests have the best experience possible. Thanks for your patience.

It’s been like that all day. That’s pretty lame.

  79. Super! thanks so much! just my luck that i only brought the first page of the printout a while ago and the fine print was left at home. i’ll get ’em next time. 😉 thanks for all your help!

  80. Hi Lovin Qs- ok so for me – I print my carthweel list- only because this way i remeber to use it lol- so if you print your list you will see the fine print that says you CAN stack with TQ at the very bottom. Or on your phone when you click to redeem to get the barcode to scan, just scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page to see the following wording… “Limit no more than one manufacturer coupon, one Target coupon and one Cartwheel offer per item” hth!

  81. Ms Kerry, can you please direct me to the where i can find the fine print that clearly states stacking a TQ, MQ, and cartwheel so that i may show them next time. thank you!

  82. my target (elk grove, CA) was giving me crap today about how cartwheel is considered a target q and so couldn’t be combined with the printable target q when i had just bought something with cartwheel and a target q the other day…ugh!!! i wish they’d have just one big meeting to organize all their team members and keep them up to date on these changes.

  83. Hey Ji- when you pull up their web site (Target.com) it is advertising cartwheel right on the front page. I owuld ask for the team lead on duty ask him to just look at the Target.com homepage

  84. I used my redeemed my cartwheel a week ago in Poughkeepsie NY Target, but when I went to check out today they would not accept it saying that “there were too many scams”. And target cartwheel is not affliated with Target store???? Who do I need to speak with about this issue… (Talked with the service center person)

  85. I’m confused on this app. Also, how do you get signed up for the summer book? Do you need the red card?

  86. Do you know if you can apply Cartwheel discounts on previous purchases? Currently you can take coupons t o customer service and apply them to your receipts from previous purchases. Do you know if you can do that with the cartwheel discounts, too? Used cartwheel today to save some money on diapers. It was great!

  87. I used the cartwheel today and the cashier was super confused never saw it before. She didn’t want to scan it because it said something near the bar code about team member scan? I asked for the manager and he was perplexed too. It was weird anyway they did finally scan it and it worked.

  88. Thanks for your website.

I went to sign up for this, however, I always cancel when Facebook asks this question –

“Cartwheel by Target would like to access your public profile, friend list and email address”.

I really don’t do much on Facebook and wonder what happens if I agree to this?

    Thanks.

    Happy Day!

  89. Too bad this uses facedorq! 🙁 Some of us realize that particular site is nothing but a privacy invading online stalking site, and no deal is worth that! You can do better Tarjay!

  90. I saved the barcode as a pic in my photo album on my iPhone. If you dont know how to do that, just bring up the barcode on your phone, then click the power button on top of the phone and the home button on the front of the phone at the exact same time and it takes a pic of your screen.
now I won’t have to fish out my barcode everytime I want to use Cartwheel or worry about getting a signal in the store when i try to bring it up 🙂

  91. Donna, it is very easy to download other browsers. Go to mozilla.com to download Firefox (it is a much more secure browser than IE anyway) for free.

I haven’t tried this yet, but i am so glad that you can print it out and reuse the barcode “forever” There is no way I could bring this up on my phone and then go to my mobile coupons while in line. gotta check this out!!

  92. Kristy- Thank you for your input. You are correct. I see that they added that question to the help section which does help to clarify. That was not there before when I was researching this. I have updated the post. “you can use this scannable barcode 6 times a day, but for AS MANY items as you have unlocked badges (10, 15, or whatever), but no more than 4 times PER item.” Well said.

  93. Everyone on the internet is citing this post to say that you can only redeem 6 offers at a time. (You are citing you, of course, because TotallyTarget is the BEST of the BEST for Target blogs. 🙂 ) But I don’t think you are correct. From the help section of the Cartwheel site:

“How many Cartwheel offers can I redeem at one time?
You can redeem all the Cartwheel offers on your Cartwheel list at the time of your transaction. For example, if you have 10 offers on your list when you scan your barcode at a Target store, and you’re purchasing items tied to all 10 offers, you’ll save on all 10 items. If you’ve unlocked additional spots on your Cartwheel, you can save on all the offers you have room for in your Cartwheel at one time.”

As I understand it, it means you can use this scannable barcode 6 times a day, but for AS MANY items as you have unlocked badges (10, 15, or whatever), but no more than 4 times PER item.

Anyone try more than 6 Cartwheel items at once?

  94. I only have 1 browser, Internet Explorer. I do not see an ADD button at all. Is anyone else having this problem with Internet Explorer? It doesn’t seem fair that I can’t get the coupon offers because I only have IE as my 1 browser?

  95. I used the Purina on cat litter and it didn’t work. The help desk was awesome and ended up giving me to discount after calculating on calculator. So helpful!

  96. I have no problem adding/removing offers from my laptop, but can’t do squat on my tablet or phone!! The letters are backwards, the cards don’t flip to add, can’t remove offers. I realize this is in beta still, but these kinks are frustrating when you’re out & about and you can’t make on the fly changes.

  97. Not sure if anyone else is having th
e same problem. When i flip an offer card there is no place to add it.

  98. Amy, after I used my cartwheel offers this morning, it unlocked another spot. Then after I deleted some and added a few others, ANOTHER spot opened up. If you click on the badges you can flip them and see what you have to do to earn more 🙂

  99. like i needed another reason to go to target.lol.
i’m new to couponing, and this only makes it better…Way to go Target

  100. Am wondering if you can use the 5% off with redcard use with this also? Has anyone tried it? If it works that would be even more savings. If not I will be trying it tomorrow.

  101. If you still have the $5 off Merona shoes Target or mobile coupon, the emily sandals are on sale for $12 this week. There is also a 10% off all Merona shoes on Cartwheel. Combine the two and pay just $6.80 for great summer sandals!

  102. wow, considering there are over 600 offers, it’s a little hard to pick just 10. I think they should expand it, at least just a little bit. Maybe 20.

  103. So really, we need only print it once and it will always work? Just need to change offers on the website?

  104. I thought it was odd too.

Maybe she did the same thing when other people printed their list LOL.

It’ll be weird if the same thing happens again.

  105. aj, the cashier should have given it back. not sure why she kept it? I would have politely asked for it back, telling her there were other offers on the list you hadn’t used yet!

  106. Hi-logged on to the cart wheel page using facebook and then tried to flip offers but it turns over and nothing is on the back like it says? Tried tons of different ones and they all just look like a turned over image of what front is. If I double click they just flip back forward again. Can’t figure out how to get the button to pop up that you click to add the card to your cart? Also tried to find help on the website but no luck, would appreciate any help if someone know how to do this. TIA Brie

  107. Tried it today and it worked like a charm 🙂

Except the cashier kept my Cartwheel list with the barcode?

Is that normal or was that just me??

  108. FYI…If you don’t have a smart phone and have to print the barcode (like me), you don’t have to reprint every time you change your offers. The code is specific to your account and should still work. Yeah for saving paper!

  109. Heidi,
It says on the website that you can use the coupon as many times as you want before expiration. It is not one and done! 🙂

  110. Their website is a real pita on a tablet. It’s not very smart as to where you left off, and constantly loading pics and data makes safari crash. Boo, I’ll have to break out the laptop to look through the 600+ offers. I love the savings, but ugh, even more I have to keep track of.

  111. Emily – Kerry does mention in her post that you can print the barcode from your desktop and take it with you. I think as long as you remember to add your offers to your Cartwheel before you leave the house, you can make it work, it will just be less convenient. Kudos to you for going for it!

  112. I just wanted to adjust some of the information you posted here. I was very saddened to read that you needed to have a smart phone to redeem the offers (as I see NOT have a smart phone as savings in itself). However, I looked on the FAQ on the carwheel page, and it states you can print a barcode from your desktop computer…I indeed to sign up and start printing.

  113. Hey Teresa- try switching your browser- I think some browsers are having trouble displaying the ad button. hth

  114. I was so psyched when I saw this last night and wanted to add a bunch of these “coupons” to my account. FYI you can only make 10 offers active at a time. Apparently Target doesn’t want us doing big orders. I was wondering if you can use the discount multiple times until it expires too. Will be interesting to see that.

  115. Hey Mitchell- ty- yep – it looks liek it is after TQs but before MQs. Was wanting to verify before I stated that- so TY

  116. @ Molly-There is a 15% Campbell’s GO Soup on Cartwheel that I think you could stack with the $1/1 MC and $1/1 TQ if you have them.

  117. I used Cartwheel this afternoon and it worked perfectly. I used it on some clothing/shoes nothing beeped when scanned. I think this is going to be a great addition.

  118. So, I tried it this morning.. I used a target q for men’s shirts with 2 different cartwheel offers and…..IT WORKED! Woohoo!!

  119. Just FYI- the Cartwheel discount is calculated after Target coupons are used. For example, this is how it worked for me this morning:

    Campbell’s Gouda Soup $2.49
    -$1.00 $1/1 Campbell’s Gouda Soup printable
    -$1.00 $1/1 Campbell’s Gouda Soup Target printable
-$0.23 15% off Campbell’s Gouda Soup Cartwheel coupon
    = $0.26

  120. Looks pretty cool! Definitely going to help since I have my daughter’s birthday party coming up and the birth of my baby boy! I love saving money at Target!

  121. Nice! It’s worth a look for sure! I keep most of my Facebook linked apps to be displayed only to me, which I hope is an option on this one, too. I’ll check it out 🙂

  122. Awesome, I just signed up! I’m very excited they have deals for Up&Up diapers and wipes! 🙂
